A typical Atomium Toastmasters meeting lasts about two hours and includes:

- Impromptu speaking (Table Topics) – Short, spontaneous speeches help you think on your feet.
- Evaluations – Every speaker receives personalised feedback from fellow members, so you know exactly what to improve.
- Leadership roles – Timekeeper, Grammarian, Evaluator, Toastmaster of the Day – each role builds confidence and leadership in a different way.

Atomium Toastmasters meets every Monday evening in Shopping Linthout, Brussels (metro Merode).
Meetings start at 18:45 and end around 21:00. Guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to meet members and settle in.
