Berlaymont Toastmasters is a bilingual club open to anyone with a reasonable oral command of English and French. Our club meets the second and fourth Tuesday of every month in the heart of the European district of Brussels. The address is: 81 Avenue de Tervueren, 1040 Etterbeek. Members of the Club represent a melting pot of nearly 20 different nationalities and a whole variety of professional backgrounds.
