What?

Xmas dinner meeting with 3 speeches & some Table Topics fun - an improvised speaking game where guests are free to participate.

When?

Saturday, December 17th.
    - Reception ... 18:00-19:00
    - Meeting with food & drinks ... 19:00-22:00
    - Drinks & mingle ... 22:00-02:00

Where?

At the "OPEK Daklokaal" penthouse in Leuven harbor, opposite the Stella Artois brewery...,
 - 15 min walk from Leuven station → link
 - 10 min walk from Leuven center → link
 - 2 min walk from the harbor car park → link

Who?

The meeting is open to anyone – until we reach the venue’s full capacity of 45 people:
former & current members and their plus-1’s, guests and members of other Toastmasters clubs in Belgium…

Tickets: everyone has to book & pay for their tickets on the  EventBrite event page  .

How much?

30 EUR for entry & a 3-course meal catered by Cafe Entrepot – excl. EventBrite processing fee of 2.65 EUR and drinks. You’ll have 1 of 2 choices per course: starter→main→dessert. We’ll contact you to confirm your choices after you’ve booked & paid for your ticket.

Drinks are not included but are on a pay-as-you-go basis & are very affordable. Check the menu for more details.
