From Speaker to Trainer Workshop

Do you train or mentor others? Do you think you need to be better at this?

If the answer to these questions is “yes” then you need to attend this workshop.

In this program you will learn:
– The five steps involved in preparing and presenting a training program using adult learning principles.
– The role of trainers and the differences between public speaking and training
– How to make the learning experience enjoyable by participating in-group exercises in which you will: determine training objectives, create a lesson plan, choose training methods, facilitate discussions, and evaluate your training.
– Training tools and other elements.

Resources to create the best learning experience for your participants.
Every participant will receive a workbook and a certificate.

Places are limited to 12 participants.

Fee covers the cost of this training (meeting room, materials, lunch and snacks). 30 EUR for Toastmasters (any member from Toastmasters Belgium or Lille) and 70 EUR for non-Toastmasters. Any amount raised beyond the covering the cost will be used to fundraised Toastmasters Belgium activities.

Coffee, water, light lunch, warm drinks and snacks are included. The centre has a restaurant and many shops nearby.
